GSoC with OPT?

Hello,

I am currently a senior at Denison University, OH and will be
graduating in May '09. However, I am also an international student and
will be on my OPT (Optional Practical Training) period after
graduation. Am I still be eligible to apply for GSoC 2009, as I will
be enrolled at an accredited institution as of April 20th?
